Dr. Davis paused and said these words directly to our scholar-activists!
“We are looking toward you. You are closer to the future than some of us. And, therefore, you need to provide the leadership to those of us who have to have your back, because you are going to take this world where it needs to go and I thank you in advance for all the work that you are poised to do.”
